Let’s start from a great classic of Italian tradition, really loved by everyone: the tiramisu.
Easy and quick to prepare, is one of our most renowned sweet: today reinterpreted in many variants, here we propose you the more classical with coffee, certainly the most beloved.
For 12 portions, you will need:
-*200 gr sugar
-*250 g mascarpone cheese
-*250 fresh cream
-*½ liter coffee
-*350 gr ladyfingers
Begin by separating egg whites and egg yolks in two different containers and mixing the egg yolks with the sugar; then add the mascarpone and mount these ingredients with a whip. Once you have reached the correct density, add the previously mounted cream and amalgamate from the top downwards with a blade. At the end, add the egg white fitted with snow continuing to amalgamate and, once the cream is ready, use it to stuff the layers of ladyfingers wetted with the coffee that you have arranged in a baking tin, coated with a part of the compound. Leave to cool in the fridge for at least an hour, and serve it after having dusted with plenty of bitter cocoa powder.
Those who would prefer a more lightweight proposal, perhaps based on fruit, can prepare with as much ease a yummy apple crumble, served hot and accompanied by vanilla ice cream, for a contrasting flavors’ game that’s simply irresistible. For ten portions of crumble, you will need:
for the compound
-*3 kg of apples
-*100 grams of cane sugar
-*30 grams of cinnamon
for the crumble
-*150 gr almond flour
-*150 grams of flour
-*150 grams of cane sugar
-*150 grams of butter
Start by cleaning the apples and putting them to cook in a saucepan with the addition of sugar and cinnamon, until them will become soft. Crumble with hands in a bowl all ingredients in powder to obtain a homogeneous compound with which you will cover apples sliced and arranged in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees and here is your crumble, that you will have only to serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to let your guests have a tasty but easy to prepare dessert.
And for those who just cannot do less of the panettone, here it is in an original and yummy version, which will still appeal to more traditionalists: let us see what we need to prepare delicious panettone mini flans for about 4-6 people!
-*260 gr of panettone
-*150 g white chocolate
-*60 gr of orange liquor
-*4 whole eggs
-*6 egg yolks
-*200 gr of butter
-*100 gr of flour
-*100 gr of sugar
Start by mounting the eggs with the sugar until fluffy; in the meantime, melt the white chocolate and the butter in a bowl aside, uniting then them to the egg mixture. At this point, add the flour helping out with a spoon and incorporate the panettone diced and soaked in the liqueur. Pour the mixture into the molds previously buttered and let it rest in the fridge for 3-4 hours, then cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes: it’s ready an absolutely new and yummy version of the most typical of the Xmas cakes!
