Have fun learning to make pizza

 

We'll teach you all the steps of a simple dish rich of tradition, from the mixture to the sauce.

Following the advice of the Chef, you will end up with finger in the pie.

We only use highest quality ingredients to give more flavor to your pizza.

At the end of the lesson, the best pizza will be put in the oven and eaten, all accompanied by a good glass of beer.

At the ned of the cooking class you will receive a certificate of partecipation.

 

Starting time: morning from 11:00 at 12:15- afternoon from 18:00 at 19:15

- Pasta Cooking Class

 

Our homemade pasta coking class will be not only an educational course but also fun.

We Realizes together themost traditional pasta shapes, from the simplest to the stuffed. Our Chef will guide you through the right ingredients and the best techniques, revealing all the tricks and basic preparations for making fresh pasta in all its countless variants.

Using only eggs, flour and water you can create the following types of pasta:

-Fettuccine;

-Tagliolini

-Pappardelle

–Dough for lasagna

-Ravioli

-Tortellini

 

At the end of the cooking class you will receive a certificate of participation.

What's better than a slice of pie or a good biscuit. ...

the course is for all the fans, who want to learn the techniques of classic pastry starting from the basics.

 

Our Chef, will guide you through a series of recipes that will excite and sweeten your palate.

During the course they will do some practical tests for the realization of the following mixtures:

Shortcrust pastryBiscuit Dough 5 star Cake (named for the 5 ingredients used)

 

Together we can create cookies, pies, cake and many other delights.

The lesson will be divided into two phases: a practice phase and a technique phase , where you can learn, pinning on a notebook, all theoretical knowledge that chef will show you through the basic steps for the realization of the basics creams such as:

- Custard

- English custard and more

at the end of the cooking class you will receive a certificate of participation.
