In the historic and spectacular scenery of Alfredo alla Scrofa Rooms, Alfredo's Gallery organize intensive courses for guests who wish to learn the foundamental basis and the secrets of italian cooking, in a family-friendly yet highly professional way.
Offering cooking classes Alfredo's Gallery provides a range of different opportunity to meet the needs of all costumers:
- cooking class "the secret behind fettuccine Alfredo" (course + lunch or dinner)

cooking class "the secrets of fine pasticerie" (learning bases and puff pastry) (course + lunch or dinner)
Alfredo's Gallery is also pleased to announce and offer the possibility the new formula Gift the Cooking Course, that allows to guests to propose an original gift, tasty and fascinating for all events, it is romantic or friendly.
Courses begin one hour before serving the meal (11:30 am for lunch, and 18:30 pm for dinner).
The guest can also choose to dine in a different date than planned for the course, to extended his fantastic experience into Alfredo's world.
Courses have a duration of about one hour, with possibility of extensions in multiple sessions, and they are held in individual workstations, specially prepared to accomodate the guest inside the Restaurant charme in via della Scrofa 104/a.
During te course, under the carefull supervision of the chef and Alfredo allla Scrofa highly qualified staff, the guest learns the secrets of italian cooking, and the prataparion of a typical dish.
At the end of the course the guest recive a Certificate of Quality, and also a free gift of one kit with Alfredo's Gallery selected products (a package of fettuccine Alfredo, and a small tank of flavored olive oil).
