Cooking Lessons

The art of italian cooking comes from Alfredo's descendents

Alfredo's Gallery is able to organize intensive courses of cooking to those who are interested,above all, to learn the fondamental basis of Italian Cooking, and also the secret beginning from the choosing of ingredients.

 These courses are held directly in Alfredo alla Scrofa Restaurant, in a room organized with supervision of our chefs, certain dishes.

The same courses will last about two hours, but could be lenthened during more session.

At the end of the course there will be a diploma given to you and also a free gift of one of Alfredo's Gallery Products.

All will be done in an enjoyable atmosphere.
